About Ramsgate Beach
Ramsgate Main Sands sits just east of the Royal Harbour — the only Royal Harbour in the UK — making it a unique town beach with a working marina backdrop and cafés lining the promenade.

Train & bus
- Train: Southeastern (HS1 from St Pancras; classic from Victoria) to Ramsgate — around a 15 minute walk to the sands.
- Bus: The Thanet Loop and Route 9 serve the Harbour/Leopold Street area for short hops to/from the station and Westwood Cross.
